Chambers

 

There are basically two main chambers: academic and activities.

Interested in organizing charity parties, organizing events, write for the newsletter, organizing discussion drinks? If you are interested to help Awake International in one (or more) committees just contact us at info@awakeinternational.nl. We are always looking for motivated students!

 

• Activities Chamber: Are your skills or interests in organizing events and parties? Then the Activities Chamber is the one for you. Be involved in developing the whole process of making an event or a party memorable by including your own ideas! AWAke will try to organize parties, movie nights, field trips, activities of social service such as christmas cooking for the homeless, organising fundraising parties, a delegation for MUN, and more. The only limit to the appealing activities is your creativity! You can start your own committee for every event you want to organize, just by asking approval from the board.

 

• Academic Chamber: Do you feel the need of discussing thought provoking events that influence our world today, then join the Academic Chamber and its committees. Organize debates and discussions with students and professionals in the political, social and economical field. Find your topic of interest, work out different points of view and find representative guest speakers.
